Thanks, I will commit changes and changelog separately from now on.

I have updated the changelog for the 1:1.9.0+dfsg-3 release.

Would you sponsor the upload of twinkle/1:1.9.0+dfsg-3? Should I push
a release tag before the upload, or wait until the upload is ACCEPTED?

If you sponsor twinkle, could you do a source-only upload so that the
build logs for amd64 are published, too?
