Bug#816975: qutecom: should this package be removed?

quotecom seems to be dead upstream (qutecom.org is no longer reachable, last
upstream release was four years ago) and has many bugs that will become RC
soonish: #803856 (ffmpeg transition), #812163 (GCC 6) and #816812 (Qt4 WebKit
removal).

So should quotecom be removed from unstable?
