libiax2 used to be a package in Debian, but was removed as nobody needed
it. Need to bring it back? Asterisk, iaxmodem and yate don't seem to use

Included in Debian (exactly the same version). Is there a reason you
must use the source?

Is this the same as the package libmsgpack2 or libmsgpack3? Any chance

see 1.4.0 in Experimental.

Speaking of pjproject, I was going to ask you: The Asterisk developers
want to apply a set of patches to pjproject. I wonder what you think
about each of them (no problem; sub-optimal, but can live with it; no
