I verified that this reproduced on git master from 4-Nov (which is what
I had in my working copy), but after I updated to the latest version,
the issue was resolved. It seems to be:
https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-26592
So I guess we can wait for asterisk 13.13 (RC1 of it was tagged).
