linphone packaging

Hi all,

TLDR: I got linphone 3.11.1 and all its required dependencies packaged and
running on a Debian unstable box with my josch at debian.org SIP account
connected. The latter didn't work with the current version of linphone in
Debian because of bug #743494.

Daniel Gnoutcheff already did lots of work in the direction, so I was able to
rely on his packaging of bctoolbox, bzrtp and libzrtpcpp which I just needed to
recompile from git.

The changes I made were to the source packages ortp, mediastreamer2, linphone
and belle-sip. But they now all compile fine in Debian unstable and build a
working linphone package in the end.

Needless to say, a lot of work needs to be done. The packages technically work
but more work has to be done to make the packages policy compliant. But I
thought that doing that work would be much more rewarding if the packages
themselves already are producing working binaries. :)

I pushed my work to the respective git repositories. Unfortunately I had to use
my josch-guest alioth account to do so. Could somebody please add my DD account
to the pkg-voip alioth group? Thank you!

cheers, josch
