On yate's fate

Hi!

Last December Yate got removed from Debian after #846127 got
processed. One of the reasons mentioned was that it was unmaintained,
but now I'm not sure whether that referred to upstream or in Debian?

In any case I found Yate to be one of the telephone engines that
worked best when I tried several of them at the time. And mentioned
this to Victor Seva, who (AFAIR) commented also on upstream possbily
being dead (?).

And althouth there was alrelady a newer version upstream (5.5.0 — 2015)
from the one in Debian (5.4.0 — 2014), which was already quite dated. It
appears as upstream has kept working on Subversion and has just not done
new releases:

  <http://yate.null.ro/websvn/listing.php?repname=yate>

Given the above, would someone be interested in reintroducing this
into Debian?

Thanks,
Guillem
