Lowering the severity:
The unstable buildds are using the first alternative of build
dependencies only, alternative build dependencies are a nop.
They might be used for backports, and if stretch (or jessie) would not
contain libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev the alternative build dependency would
actually be the correct solution for backports.
libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev is present in stretch (and jessie) so there is
likely no reason for keeping it, but this is cruft and not an RC issue.
