弊社のネットワークを利用した他社ISPのユーザの行為に該当する場合、弊社はその
ユーザに対して、直接の注意・警告を申し立てることはできず、ユーザを直接管理
するISPが迷惑行為であるか判断し対処致します。

を行った発信者と契約関係にあるISPへ本内容を早期連絡することで、ISP側の迅速な
対応が可能となります。
