Build failures in h323plus are hard to diagnose, because it hides
compiler invocations from the build log. Adding

override_dh_auto_build:
	dh_auto_build -- VERBOSE=1

fixes the issue and makes h323plus more debuggable. Please consider
adding the snippet.
