Bug#850266: Missing headers in -dev package

Hi,

it seems like the headers in the crypto subdirectory should also be
included, at least partially. Without this, constants like
  SRTP_AES_128_ICM
  SRTP_NULL_CIPHER
and others are missing and they seem to be needed for usage of the API.

Also various functions from the srtp_priv.h header that was available
in < 2.0 seem to be needed, at least the software I'm looking at is
using them. For example srtp_get_stream(), for which there seems to be
no alternative.
