Supporting H.323 Stack in Stretch?

already in soft-freeze.

So it is not urgent anymore, but the now slightly reformulated question
remains

Is there anyone who can still maintain these packages in the future?
They have not seen maintainer activity in 2+ years and I for one have no
idea about H.323 at all.
