Asterisk Modules - iLBC

Hi,

You compile lot of codecs natives to Asterisk, but not iLBC. Why ?
I use SIP Phones they doesn't have another compressed codec that iLBC.

I work in production with Debian 8.9 and Asterisk by packages.
I'm testing Asterisk with Debian 9.1

I test to compile Asterisk with the same version of packages, but I have
some WARNING when I want to load the codec.

Can you help me ?
