No chan_local.so. Debian 9.1. Asterisk 13.14.1

Hello guys.
I'm trying to find chan_local.so .
I'm using 1:13.14.1~dfsg-2+deb9u1 under Debian 9.1.
Neither module in modules/ directory, nor separate package.
I worry that in 5-6 hours I will need to use chan_local on my customer's PBX. But I see that there's no such module.
I looked through mailing lists archive for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 years, searching "chan_local", but all in vain.
That's why I ask here.
