Kamailio TLS module in Debian Stretch does not work at all

Hello, now after 6 months I would like to remind following bug:

Debian package kamailio-tls-modules on Stretch release does not work at
all. TLS module for kamailio is broken and cannot be loaded. Moreover
kamailio with that module refuse to start.

What is purpose of such package/module in Debian repository?
