Linphone ready for experimental

Hi Bernhard,

thanks a lot! That's great. I've tried to enable the gtk build but
didn't succeed due to the FTBFS -- I did not have the time to
investigate further, so thanks again for your patch.

One more thing: There's a new library from upstream, a C++ wrapper for
liblinphone. I think we should create a new library package for that as
well before uploading to experimental, because the package will have to
wait in NEW anyway due to the soname bump of liblinphone.

Once that is sorted out, we should proceed with the upload to
experimental. If you have some time for this, feel free to go ahead. I
won't have much time until next week.
