Hi,
as you all are aware alioth is going away pretty soon. This means that
both the svn/git repos at anonscm and the mailing list are going to go
away soon.
For git repositories, Gitlab (https://salsa.debian.org) is the
successor. I have created a pkg-voip-team Group and added all DDs (those
automatically have accounts on salsa) as owners, meaning they can add
other members and create/delete repositories. Non-DDs should create a
-guest account there and request permission to access this group.

I have copied over the asterisk and the pjproject repo and plan to point
Vcs-* to salsa with the next upload.
For SVN there is no successor. We should probably try to migrate these
repos to git soon.
For the mailing list a group led by Dominic Hargreaves is trying to
migrate the current lists on Alioth to a new Mailman server (outside
Debian infrastructure) to gain a few years. There is a "team" in
tracker.debian.org
https://tracker.debian.org/teams/debian-voip-packaging-team/
but I'm still a bit unsure how to work with that. Not sure whether this
is something you can put into the maintainer field at some point.
We currently use the mailinglist as
- Maintainer
- Bug# notifications
- buildd-status / testing migrations / ...
- commit mailinglist of most (?) vcs repos
- general discussion
- ?
we could try to apply for a @lists.debian.org list
(https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth#Moving_lists_to_lists.debian.org), but
since Bug# and commit notifications are explicitly not welcome there we
can probably not use it as-is.
Bernhard
