Bug#886984: asterisk: Version 15.2 available

While that does make sense :-) my preference would be to keep up with
the current release, and package that for Experimental. The benefits
should be obvious (though probably not compelling given the additional
work involved, which in an ideal world should be negligible but probably
isn't).
