I have now (hopefully) copied the remaining git repositories from alioth
to salsa.

I have also submitted the necessary changes for the AliothRewriter in
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/AliothRewriter/merge_requests/101 .

I'm also part of this group now and Tzafrir has already asked for
pkg-voip-maintainers to be migrated, so we should be able to keep the
Maintainer for now.
