We consider everything :-)

Right now we have packaged the latest linphone version available
upstream (3.12). This version includes the deprecated GTK GUI.

Linphone(-desktop) 4.0 is an updated QT GUI client using liblinphone
3.12. I have started a package that builds fine, but does need some
polishing. I intend to put this into salsa (gitlab) soon, but the actual
upload can only happen after we got linphone 3.12 into unstable.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=891620 is the tracking
bug for the library transitions. No answer from the release team yet.
