Hi Andreas,

thanks a lot for this helpful hint. I didn't do the migration, so I
cannot tell if something went wrong.

However, the repository for libusrsctp is indeed completely empty -- and
has been empty on alioth as well. Maybe this is just not needed right
now and can be deleted from salsa? I'm adding Victor to the CC, as he
filed the initial ITP bug some months ago.

For quotecom, there is not even a git repository on salsa. On alioth,
the closest I could find is qutecom -- which had its last release in
oldstable and is since gone from Debian. I've therefore deleted the
"quotecom" project on salsa.
