Segfault in libspandsp.so

Hello Debian VOIP-Team,

I'm using Buster with your Asterisk (16.2.1) packages. The problem I
encounter happens during sending faxes from a SIP-Client (Ricoh printer)
and occurs in the original and the new deb10u1 packages as well.
Receiving faxes and sending faxes (using sendfax command on the
asterisk-server) is working flawlessly.

The connection between both ends looks like established:

The codec which has been negotiated between both parties is alaw. The
module used for SIP is chan_sip. And the problem occurs with a SIP trunk
configuration and also with our previously used ISDN configuration.

Do you have any hints? Which information do you need for further
investigation?
