pyst

Hello VoIP-Team,
I've updated (after a long time :-) pyst. I've also moved the code to
github but will continue to push to the Sourceforge repo, too (easy
enough with git).
Note that there is a fork named pyst2 which I currently cannot merge
because they forked off from a very early subversion repo. So the two
repos do not share a common root which makes it hard to merge things.
I'm also not quite sure I want to follow their line of development too
closely. I'll still contact them in the hope we can join forces.

Let me know if you intend to keep pyst in Debian, I would be glad if you
do. I've contacted Matthias Urlichs who maintained the debian port for
some time. He directed me to the VoIP-Team.
