Bug#957470: FTBFS Bugs in Debian revdeps dahdi-tools and libpri

Both bugs are still present (I don't get the FTBFS on mipsel/armel for
dahdi-tools, and libpri has not been fixed yet) and have caused Asterisk
to be removed from testing. Are you planning to work on these? Otherwise
I'd suggest to drop the build-dep to avoid missing some freeze deadline.
