I was about to argue that it works for me:

# find /lib/modules/5.10.0-* -name ipt_NETFLOW.ko
/lib/modules/5.10.0-1-amd64/updates/dkms/ipt_NETFLOW.ko
/lib/modules/5.10.0-3-amd64/updates/dkms/ipt_NETFLOW.ko
