Bug#961454: dahdi-dkms: Cannot compile using DKMS on kernel 5.4 backport and latter

  Hi,

  I needed to compile these drivers on the 5.9 kernel in buster-backports.
I used ubuntu patches and I added one more to handle the last compile
problem.
  Results can be seen here:

  With a changelog entry (and the disabling of no_firmware_download
patch for my private build), I successfully built the kernel module
in buster.
