When I run linphone QSGTextureAtlas: texture atlas allocation failed, code=501 is one of the messages sent to stdout. Not sure whether this is relevant as yet. A quick search gave a few hits like https://etbe.coker.com.au/2020/12/04/kde-icons-disappearing-unstable/ which also mentions disappearing icons, so perhaps promising.
