I am the author and maintainer of Stuntman, an open source STUN server for
VOIP and P2P services.  The code is at https://github.com/jselbie/stunserver

I got a couple of messages on the Github issues board for the repo
from Neustradamus and Victor (linuxmaniac)

I don't actively maintain the Debian copy of this code, but I'm certainly
happy to help get it updated and/or ready for the next release.  Assuming
you want it or would be willing to accept it.
