Hi,
as others have already stated, your mail is a bit weird and Ccing
everyone likely won't help. However, there are a few actionable items in
it that I think deserve checking.

These updates have been done by Mészáros Mihály who appears to be the
upstream author and is maintaining the Debian packaging in the upstream
repository. So the repository on salsa is dead/outdated. We can either
archive it or Mészáros can push to it as well (mirroring). I think
Gitlab can pull-mirror a repository as well, but I have failed to set
this up. Maybe you need an empty repository to do it.
@Mészáros: How do you want to handle this? For now I have archived it,
it can be easily unarchived.
rfc5766-turn-server has been removed from Debian in 2015, so that repo
is also archived now.

Not sure why those are on pkg-voip-team salsa group (they are not team
maintained), but those repos are clearly outdated. I have archived them.

This migration actually just happened, I have removed the old repositories.
