Dear Jonas,

because https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libsrtp2 reports an FTBFS during
reproducibility testing, I'd like to separate the two bug reports.

In other words, I think that "FTBFS: running cipher self-test for
AES-128 GCM using NSS...failed with error code 8" is still relevant.
