Good suggestion: I think debian-rtc is the perfect place for this.

UPDATE: Correction - I think the perfect place is the VoIP team which is 
for packaging VoIP tools (the RTC team is for deploying VoIP tools on 
Debian infrastructure, as mentioned at the bottom of 
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/RTC ).

Still exciting.

Maybe you are already aware that I also work on packaging Mediasoup.  
Currently in NEW queue, but in an unfisinished form - some JavaScript 
libraries still missing.
