libsrtp2 packaging routines rely on d-shlibs to resolve dependencies
from library linkage. That is a brittle process (but still arguably
less brittle than resolving it by hand) and requires updates to
exceptions lists in d-shlibs from time to time.
I will fix this in d-shlibs, and then a simple rebuild of libsrtp2
should work.
