Bug#997924: libsrtp2-dev: libnss3-dev really required?

Ahh. Did not see that. Upstream, that was fixed with libSRTP 2.4 [1]. Does that automatically change the file Debian/control and not add "libnss3-dev" on the -dev package? I tried to build the latest version of the package (2.4.2-2) and still got a control file with libnss3-dev as dependency of libsrtp2-dev. But I am not sure, I built the package correctly.
