Hi Maintainer

Kamailio's python extension fails to build with Python 3.11 as the
default version, and kamailio-python3-modules misses
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/kamailio/modules/app_python3.so, although
the build doesn't fail outright, due to the for loops in the
override_dh_auto_build target of debian/rules not exiting on error.

I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.
