Thanks for spotting this!

I noticed similar failure to enable voicemail apps, where I simply gave 
up and patched the Makefile - but there's no such entry to patch for 
app_macro.

I made some cleanup of the debian/rules file and maybe broke something 
there - test-compiling now with some of that reverted to find out...
