We packaged something based on it long ago for Xorcom.
But it's really just a bunch of static HTML files.
The files are still there (in the asterisk-gui repository). But I guess
that the interface bit-rotted after more than 10 years.

The httpd module (res_httpd.so?) was surly built but not enabled by
default for some versions.
But this is not a user interface anyone should try to use.
