Network error in Ring in stretch suite

Hello. 

I am preparing security updates for package Ring in Stretch LTS. 
While going through the package (from archive), I found that its 
faulty as I couldn't register a username in it.

With debug mode

     $gnome-ring -d

     [..]
     Registered Name found. Account: "" status: 2 name: 
     "ssfgljfgfo123rhf"
     registered name found for unknown account ""

Even for very random username, it says it already taken. The hint 
messages in GUI says network error. You can find the screenshots 
here[1]. Please help to fix this.
