Perhaps the conflicting libraries should not be con-installable?

Hi,

looking at recent uploads of the linphone-releated stack to experimental,
I am wondering whether the best solution might be something like:
  Package: libbctoolbox2
  Breaks: libbctoolbox1

  Package: libbelr2
  Breaks: libbelr1

There are advantages and disadvantages to having different so-versions 
of a library co-installable, in this case the disadvantages might outweigh
the advantages.
