Joining the VoIP Team

Hi,

I would like to join the VoIP Team, first to make the transition in #1055755 happen.
Besides that, I would like to work on the copyright files in the packages.

I have requested access on the salsa team. Unfortunately, the docs repo is empty and
the https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/VoIP/ wiki page does not mention how to join the team,
so I am writing to the list. Please let me know if I am missing something.
