Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'stable'.
It installed fine in 'stable', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

This test intentionally skipped 'testing' to find file overwrite
problems before packages migrate from 'unstable' to 'testing'.

   trying to overwrite '/usr/share/doc/libccrtp-dev/NEWS.gz', which is also in package libccrtp-dev 2.0.9-2.3
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   /var/cache/apt/archives/libccrtp-doc_2.0.9-3_all.deb

This is probably caused by a behavior change of dh_installdocs (w.r.t.
the doc main package) in newer compat levels.
