Bug#1088459: Upgrading to upstream version 1.2.3 would fix ffmpeg 7 + bootstrap bugs

The following commit added support for bootstrap-html (v5):
https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/commit/5cc6c6c1f3cdaf96fc4adf19acff73f0006ccae9
which was the result of the following upstream PR:
https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/pull/3300
and that would fix bug #1088459 and #1088460.
Upgrading to version v1.2.2 would fix those bugs.

The following commit added support for ffmpeg 7:
https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/commit/cefca79700bdadd32d759ce65ba3805552a4d312
which was NOT committed via a PR, but that commit would fix bug #1072424
and #1081024.
Upgrading to version v1.2.3 would fix those bugs.

So it seems to me that by upgrading to v1.2.3 or higher, those 4 bugs,
which includes 1 RC bug, would be fixed.
