Please push mediastreamer2/experimental changes to Salsa

Hello,

While trying to investigate some hiccups resolving dependencies, I found that none of the many changes made to the mediastreamer2 package in experimental are available in a repository. The version control history would help people like me 🕵️ figure out where things changed. If you won't be using Salsa anymore, please remove the headers hinting otherwise from debian/control.

By the way, do you know why the library package Recommends plugins that don't seem to be in the archive? You can see at https://packages.debian.org/experimental/libmediastreamer14#pdeps that these plugins aren't even in contrib or non-free, so this is pretty peculiar.
