Dear FTP masters,

Please remove src:qtstyleplugins-src. It does not have any upstream activity
since 2017 [1], the last (and only) release was in 2014, and it is Qt 5 only
code (does not support Qt 6). Also, it depends on GTK 2 (see #967720).

There are no reverse dependencies left, only one reverse recommendataion, for
which I filed a bug (#1102536).
