Bug#1103048: asterisk: depends on obsolete uw-imap

My "asterisk" fork and "trixie" branch removes build dependency on
uw-imap/libc-client2007e-dev by removing IMAP voicemail storage backend
(leaving ODBC and filesystem voicemail backends untouched.)
