Two very important conferences are being held in Paris and we invite you to come and
present your work. Your paper will be published either as a Chapter in one of our books
with Springer Verlag, or in Proceedings with IEEE or in our journals, depending on the
content and depending on what the author wishes. Extended Versions are expected to be
