This introduced a SONAME bump, so will need a transition. Can you check the 
rdeps and then file a transition bug against the release.debian.org 
pseudopackage? That way we can finish the mbedtls transition. Alternatively, 
maybe it's possible to backport some patches to make bctoolbox/sid build with 
mbedtls again.
