Bug#1093138: libbctoolbox1t64 in debian sid has unsatisfied dependencies

Package: libbctoolbox1t64
Version: 5.2.0-2.1+b1

The package libbctoolbox1t64 cannot be installed in Debian sid. It looks
like it needs to be rebuilt against the latest versions of
libmbedcrypto, libmbedtls and libmbedx509:
