     - Add new kannel-bearerbox-waiter script to wait until bearerbox is
       ready to give service, based on its HTTP status interface.
     - Stop using run_kannel_box program in init scripts, and use
       start-stop-daemon directly and kannel-bearerbox-waiter to wait for
       bearerbox readiness.
     - Split init scripts into one per daemon.
     - Preserve the previous service disabled states from the default file.
     - Remove default file used for the disabling variable anti-pattern.
       Closes: #590544
     - Add systemd units per daemon.
       Closes: #1039247
   * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2.
   * Move Source field next to the Format field in debian/copyright.
   * Simplify user creation and ownership setting in postinst.
   * Cleanup coding style in maintscripts:
     - Do not use unbalanced quotes in error messages.
     - Use two space indentation.
     - Use an if conditional instead of «test ... || else-code».
     - Remove space in shebang.
     - Remove boilerplate comments.
   * Remove unused lintian source overrides.
   * Fix python shebang and Suggests to use python3 for contrib scripts.
   * Give patches more descriptive names and remove numbered prefixes.
