asterisk is blocked from migrating to testing

Hello,

I have contributed a patch that I think will work. I'm not sure what the next step is, but I think it is to add a signed tag to my commit. It will probably look something like:

debian/1%22.10.0+dfsg+_cs6.17.60671434-3
