asterisk 22.10.1 update

Hello,

I followed Jonas' direction (from 2025-01-12) for updating asterisk and
also tried to fix a lintian error. Could a maintainer review my work
and let me know if I made any errors with these commits? Maybe if it
looks good, upload the new version to unstable?
