[Bug 2154896] Re: mumble: FTBFS with openssl 4.0

Right now Mumble will not build because of Debian Bug# #1136923. which 
appears to be either a missing file in the src:zeroc-ice package or a 
design change that Mumble upstream is not yet designed for.

I'm going to have to re-assign this bug to src:zeroc-ice and set mumble 
to build without Ice support until this is fixed.
